These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of Onex Clarity (the “Service”). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Onex Clarity.

2. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration.

  • You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Services Provided

Onex Clarity provides SaaS-based Business & Accounting Software with features including but not limited to:

  • Business creation & management

  • Multi-currency invoicing & estimates

  • Customer, tax, and expense tracking

  • Reporting & analytics

We may add or modify features without prior notice.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • The Service is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual).

  • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

  • We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) for secure transactions.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

  • Attempt to breach security or access data not intended for you.

  • Resell, sublicense, or share your account without authorization.

6. Data Ownership

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload (invoices, customer details, business records).

  • By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data for the purpose of delivering the Service.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms.

  • Non-payment of subscription fees.

  • Legal or regulatory requirements demand it.

You may cancel your account anytime; however, fees paid are non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

Onex Clarity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United Kingdom (or specify your chosen jurisdiction if different).
